By entering into this agreement, you agree to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the privacy and communications policy contained on this website. This includes certain personal identifying information and billing/ shipping information you provide during the registration and/or check-out process.
SCOPE OF APPLICABILITY
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all mutual claims arising from or in connection with a contract concluded for the supply of goods and the provision of services between consumers within the meaning of § 89/2012 Czech Civil Code („Customers”), and Braasi Industry.
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
Unless an offer is labelled as binding, all offers of Braasi Industry are non-binding. The receipt of the order by Braasi Industry will be confirmed by e-mail immediately after receiving the order and does not constitute a conclusion of the contract.
The acceptance of the order is usually made by sending an acceptance in a separate e-mail or by delivery of the goods at the time of receipt by the Customer.
PRICE OF GOODS AND PAYMENT TERMS
We are not responsible for pricing or errors in any price stated on our Website. Due server error may price up or describe a product or promo wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you asap and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it. If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you’ve already paid, we will refund you in full.
Prices include VAT (where applicable).
Depending on the value of your order or the delivery option or address you choose, delivery costs may also be charged. Such additional charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
DELIVERY
Orders for in-stock items will ship within 1–2 business days. All other items will be shipped within 2 weeks after we receive order and payment.
Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from depending on the delivery address.
We try our best but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.
Delivery period depends on shipping company and delivery address. We can not influence speed of delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
Orders over €350 are shipped world wide for free.
Please bear in mind that shipping costs are charged when returns take place and the final order does not exceed €350.

Shipping within EU there are NO duties, taxes or any additional costs apply. All other territories may charge some fees.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Unclaimed packages will be returned to Braasi Industry.
For all unclaimed packages you will be charged for the return delivery.
We do not refund shipping cost.
WARRANTY
The statutory warranty rights of 2 years shall apply for all goods and services.
RETURNS
The return period is 14 days from the day the order was delivered. When the returned goods are undamaged, clean and complete, we will immediately refund your credit card or PayPal. The buyer is obliged to pay for the return of the goods. The buyer is obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered
If you ask for some custom adjustment please take note that we do not refund you money.

CANCELLING ORDER
It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The delivery fee will not be refunded.
BASIC COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS AND STORING COOKIES
The buyer agrees to the sending of information related to the goods, services or business of the seller to the buyer’s email address and also agrees to the sending of the seller’s commercial communications to the buyer’s email address.
The buyer agrees with storing cookies on his or her computer. If it is possible to make a purchase on the website and fulfil the obligations of the seller from the purchase agreement without storing cookies on the buyer’s computer, the buyer may revoke the consent given in the previous sentence at any time.
