We DISPATCH goods within 2–3 BUSINESS DAYS after receiving the order and payment.

It is automatically calculated based on the country of delivery.

No duties, taxes, or additional charges apply to shipments within the EU.
All other destinations may be subject to certain fees.
Please note that for returns from countries outside the EU, customs duties and clearance fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

All returns must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition, with all hang tags and original packaging included.

Returns are processed within 10 business days of being received at our Prague workshop. During this time, we inspect, restock, and issue your refund.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued to the original payment method.
Items purchased outside of www.braasi.com or our Prague workshop/showroom must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Any item that has been modified, altered, or changed in any way from its original condition is not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claims.
