CZECH REPUBLIC
Orders over 1000 CZK are shipped for free with GLS. Otherwise we charge 100 CZK.

Orders for in-stock items will ship within 1–2 business days.
All other items will be shipped within 2 weeks after we receive order and payment.

Shipping cost for bikes are calculated individually, depends on the place of delivery.

All returns must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition, with all hang tags and original packaging included.

Returns are processed within 10 business days of being received at our Prague workshop. During this time, we inspect, restock, and issue your refund.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued to the original payment method.

Items purchased outside of www.braasi.com or our Prague workshop/showroom must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Any item that has been modified, altered, or changed in any way from its original condition is not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claims.
