RETURNS
All returns must be in new, unwashed and unused condition with all hang tags and packaging included.
Returns take 10 business days from receipt at our Prague’s workshop to inspect, restock and process your refund.
We’ll send a confirmation email when your refund has been issued to the original payment method.
Items purchased anywhere except www.braasi.com or at our Prague workshop/ showroom, must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Any item that has been modified, altered or changed in any way other than its original form is not eligible for returns/exchanges/warranty.
– RETURN COSTS MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER
– RE-SHIPMENT OF GOODS IS PAID BY THE CUSTOMER
– THE REFUND OF THE AMOUNT EXCLUDES SHIPPING COSTS
